In celebration of Earth Day today, I was extended the privilege to speak to a couple of 3rd grade classes at a local elementary school.
Ah, Easter. The holiday that seems to ring in the unofficial start of spring.

What is Earth Hour 2008?
On the site, EarthHour.org, the story goes:
"It started with a question: How can we inspire people to take action on climate change?
The answer: Ask the people of Sydney to turn off their lights for one hour."
In 2008, however, Earth Hour is a global event!
So how can one hour of darkness for one day a year make a difference?

This year is actually the 2nd year in a row that the SuperBowl will run on 100% renewable energy. Wow, chock that up to yet another fact I didn't know.
I have to ask, why is the NFL not promoting this more and how else will this year's SuperBowl go green?
