Who knew considering a tankless water heater was so complicated and difficult? Not me.

After talking with Gavin Richardson last week about his new tankless water heater, I've been doing A LOT of research on the subject.

Here are some questions that need to be answered when considering a tankless water heater:

• Should you go gas or electric?
• Are both equally efficient?
• How much can I actually save with a tankless water heater?
• How much would it actually cost to install?

Spring is knocking at the door and that means that it's DIY time!

That's right all you weekend warriors, strap on your tool belts and prepare for battle. But where do you start?

As long as we're looking for a project to start on, why not choose one that will help us take another step towards living green? And if we're going to take that step, why not address an issue that contributes up to 25% of our overall energy bill all year round?

That's right it's time to tackle the water heater!
